PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE MONTHS OF DECEMBER THRU MARCH, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE FREEZE PROTECTION. ALL WATER BASED PRODUCTS, INCLUDING PAINT, WILL FREEZE IN TEMPERATURES BELOW 32° F. EVEN THOUGH IT MAY NOT BE FREEZING WHERE YOU ARE, IT MAY BE FREEZING TEMPERATURES ALONG THE TRANSIT ROUTE SO IT ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA. THERE IS A SMALL CHARGE BUT WE GUARANTEE YOUR PAINT FROM DAMAGE DUE TO FREEZING WITH THAT SELECTION. YOU CHOOSE THIS IN THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AT CHECKOUT. IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FREEZE PROTECTION, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR PAINT FROM FREEZING OR DAMAGE OCCURING. OUR PAINTS CAN FREEZE & THAW UP TO 3 TIMES TYPICALLY WITHOUT ISSUE. HOWEVER, IF THEY ARE PUT THROUGH A DEEP FREEZE THEY MAY NOT RETURN TO THE PROPER CONSISTENCY.

USA, 48 states: Estimated Transit Time: 7-10 days
USA, outside of 48 states: Estimated Transit Time: 7-14 days
Priority Shipping: Faster, A little higher cost.
USA, 48 states: Estimated Transit Time: 2-4 days (Most of the US is 2 days, Some parts of Central US & West Coast may take up to 4 days
International (outside of the USA): Estimated Transit Time: 7-21 transit days. Transit times are totally dependent on how quickly your country's customs will clear your shipment and how quickly your country's postal service delivers.
Note: Your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. They vary greatly from country to country and we strongly suggest checking your country’s customs policy before placing your order with us. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. If any package is refused or undeliverable, the original shipping cost is not refundable. We have free trade with Canada and Australia on the majority of our products which means duties are waived. There's no getting out of taxes, unfortunately. Products in the brushes category may be subject to duties in all countries.

Cancellations are allowed until your order is pulled for shipment and status is changed to Awaiting Shipment. At that time, orders may not be cancelled. Returns are not accepted to ensure the quality of the product.
Claims for damaged, defective, lost or missing items must be reported within 2 days of receipt to ORDERS@HTpaint.com. Damaged items require a picture of the damaged item & box to be emailed. We reserve the right to replace, repair or credit any defective product. In the event that a shipment is returned due to an improper shipping address being provided, you will incur an additional shipping charge so please double check your ship to address for accuracy.
COLOR ACCURACY ON MONITORS
We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible on the latest iphone devices. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing you an accurate color. If a specific color is desired, or to confirm what undertones your lighting may bring out, we highly recommend you purchase an 8oz sample to test the color on your surface and in your lighting.

As this is a hand applied product in an uncontrolled environment, results are not guaranteed and Heirloom Traditions will not be responsible for any labor, value of items painted/repaired, or devaluing of items painted/repaired, nor damage from spills/leaks/repairs. SECTION 4 – Big Commerce
Our store is hosted on Big Commerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Big Commerce’s data storage, databases and the general Big Commerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then paypal/Braintree stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
